These terms govern your purchase of goods from amiglam.com, operated by [registered legal entity name]. By placing an order you accept them. Please also read our Terms of Use, which cover use of the website itself.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.

2. Products and descriptions

Everything we sell is fashion jewellery — plated, oxidised, alloy, stainless steel, acrylic or fabric, as stated on each product page. It is not solid gold or silver, is not hallmarked, and has no resale or investment value. We describe materials accurately and do not claim otherwise.

Screens vary, so colours and finishes may look slightly different in person. Handcrafted and oxidised pieces will show small variations — that is the nature of the finish, not a defect.

3. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is free above ₹599.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if this happens.

4. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, we cannot deliver to your pincode, or we suspect fraud or bulk resale.

5. Payment

See our Payment Policy. Title in the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellation

See Returns and Refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Care, wear and suitability

Plated finishes wear with time, contact with water, perfume, sweat and cosmetics. Following the care guidance on our About page will extend the life of a piece considerably; normal wear of a plated finish is not a manufacturing defect.

Some people react to certain metals. If you have sensitive skin, look for our stainless steel options. Stop wearing an item and seek advice if you notice irritation.

9. Safety for children

Children's jewellery contains small parts and is not suitable for children under three. Adult supervision is recommended. Do not let a child sleep in jewellery or put it in their mouth.

10. Our content

The Amiglam name, logo, product photography, illustrations and site content belong to us and may not be copied, scraped or used commercially without written permission.

11. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [city] have exclusive jurisdiction.
