Changed your mind, or something is not right? You have seven days from delivery to start a return.

What you can return

Most pieces, provided they are:

unused and unworn, with no scratches, stretching or perfume residue;
in their original packaging with any tags still attached;
complete — both earrings, all four bangles in a set of four, every clip in a pack.

What you cannot return

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of:

Pierced earrings and nose pins once the hygiene seal is broken or the item has been tried on. This is standard practice and is for the protection of every customer.
Hair accessories that have been worn.
Items damaged by misuse, water exposure, or by being altered or resized.
Items marked non-returnable on the product page, and gift cards.

This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered — those are always covered, earrings included.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping. No restocking fee, ever.

How to start a return

Go to My Orders and open the order.
Choose the item and the reason for the return.
We will confirm by email, and arrange a pickup where the courier serves your pincode. Where pickup is not available we will ask you to post the item and reimburse reasonable postage.
Pack the item in its original packaging.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges — it is quicker to refund the return and let you place a fresh order, so your new piece is not waiting on the old one coming back.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund within 5–7 working days. See Refunds for how the money comes back to you.
