If the order has not been dispatched, email us straight away with your order number and we will update it. Once it is with the courier we cannot change it.

Not once the hygiene seal is broken or they have been tried on — that applies to all pierced earrings and nose pins, and it protects every customer. If they arrive damaged, faulty or are the wrong item, we will always replace or refund them.

We start it within 48 hours of approving the return; your bank then takes 3–7 working days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.

No. Everything we sell is fashion jewellery — gold plated, silver plated, oxidised silver, alloy, stainless steel, acrylic or fabric. The material is listed on every product page, and you can filter by it. Nothing is hallmarked or sold as precious metal.

Plated jewellery can react with some skin types, especially with sweat or perfume. If you are sensitive, filter for Stainless Steel — our kids' first studs are hypoallergenic stainless steel. Stop wearing a piece if you notice irritation.

Put jewellery on last, after perfume and moisturiser. Take it off before swimming, showering or sleeping. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and store in a pouch away from damp. That alone doubles the life of a plated finish.

Most of our rings are adjustable or free size. Where a specific size applies it is stated on the product page.

Our kids' pieces are made from skin-friendly materials, but they contain small parts and are not suitable for under-threes. Children should not sleep in jewellery.

No. Try-On runs entirely inside your browser. Your photo and camera stream never leave your device, are never sent to us or anyone else, and nothing is saved when you close it.

It is a visual guide, not a precise preview. We place the piece automatically and you can drag, resize and rotate it. Scale is approximate — check the dimensions on the product page for exact sizing.

Try-On needs camera permission and a reasonably modern browser. Check that you allowed camera access when prompted, or upload a photo instead. On very old devices it may not run at all.

No, you can check out as a guest. An account just makes reordering, tracking and returns easier.

Do not pay again. Failed payments are normally reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. Email us the amount, date and transaction reference and we will confirm.

Never. We will never ask for your PIN, CVV, OTP or password by phone, email or WhatsApp. If someone does, they are not us — please report it to us.
