Where we ship, what it costs, and when to expect your parcel.

Shipping charges

The exact charge for your order is always shown in the order summary before payment. There are no charges added after you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India, to any pincode our courier partners serve. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm. We do not ship internationally at present.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Dispatch: orders placed before [cut-off time] on a working day are packed and handed to the courier within [1–2] working days.
• Metro cities: typically [2–4] working days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically [4–7] working days after dispatch.
• Remote pincodes: may take a few days longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, strikes, weather and regional restrictions can delay a parcel, and we will keep you posted if that happens.

Tracking your order

You will get an email and SMS with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also see every order and its status under My Orders.

If delivery fails

Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. Please keep your phone reachable — most failed deliveries are simply an unanswered call. If a parcel comes back to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or a refund.

Damaged or wrong items

Check your parcel when it arrives. If a piece is damaged in transit, or you have been sent the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we will pay the return shipping. See our Returns & Refunds page.

Packaging

Every order is packed in a protective pouch inside a tamper-evident bag. If your parcel arrives already opened or the seal is broken, please refuse delivery and let us know.
